PRIMARY FUNCTION:


Manage and grow commercial business including the sale reps and the distribution base.


Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with sales reps to grow sales and maintain current customer relationships within assigned territory.
  • Work on new business acquisitions to increase
  • Assist in the development of marketing tools and advertising to promote Implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals through sales reps.
  • Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount
  • Directs channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories and rep
  • Conduct Product Demonstrations and Training for both Distributor Partners and End User Facilities
  • Aids in product simplification and standardization to eliminate unprofitable items from sales
  • Represents company at trade association meetings to promote
  • Delivers sales presentations to key clients in coordination with sales
  • Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing Coordinates liaison between sales department and other sales related units.
  • Assists other departments within organization to prepare manuals and technical Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.

Education and/or Experience Requirements:

  • Previous Floor Care knowledge preferred; experience working with floor machines a definite plus.
